We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team for a short-term engagement with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data analysts to deliver high-quality, insightful reporting solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with Data Analysts to ensure alignment between data insights and business objectives.
• Perform data profiling and basic data analysis to support reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of BI deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement of BI processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design).
• Strong understanding of data analysis and data profiling techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
