PBT, is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data by performing data validation and QA checks.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of data processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
